Cancellation

You can cancel for free until January 31st, 2022. To cancel, please send us your name, address (as known by your bank), IBAN and BIC / SWIFT code, as well as the name and address of your bank and  information about which fee you paid and whether you submitted an abstract or not. You can send this to efp-gfp2022arnhem@uu.nl, and we will the try our best to arrange this asap. But given the situation, please be patient with us.

If you cancel after January 31st, we can only refund 50% of your fee, and if you cancel after March 31st, we can only refund 25% of your fee. We will not provide a refund for cancellations after May 15th.
